Tranquillizer drugs

The primary minor tranquillizers are benzodiazepines, which include alprazolam, chlordiazepoxide, and diazepam (Valium) (Xanax). These medications have a calming effect and get rid of anxiety or fear's bodily and psychological impacts

SEDATIVE DRUGS.

A sedative, sometimes known as a tranquillizer, is a drug that causes sedation by lessening agitation or excitation. Slurred speech, a wobbly walk, impaired judgement, and sluggish, unsteady reflexes may occur with greater doses.

ANTIMANIC DRUGS

Any medication that stabilises mood by reducing mania symptoms, or the abnormal psychological state of excitation, is an antimanic medicine. A manic episode is a significant emotional disturbance in which a person becomes increasingly inappropriately euphoric while also acting hyperactively verbally and physically.





ANALEPTIC DRUGS
Usually, respiratory analeptics are meant by the term "analeptic" (for example, doxapram). Analeptics, a broad category of drugs used to treat depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and respiratory depression, are central nervous system stimulants.


 NOOTROPICS DRUGS
Nootropics are medications, supplements, or other substances that boost cognitive function, notably executive functions, memory, creativity, or motivation, in healthy humans. They are also known as smart pharmaceuticals or cognitive enhancers.

ANTIDEPRESSANTS DRUGS
Aside from treating a major depressive disorder, antidepressants are also used to treat dysthymia, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and eating disorders.

Compared to other forms of antidepressants, these drugs are often safer and have fewer unwelcome side effects. Sertraline (Zoloft), citalopram (Celexa), escitalopram, paroxetine (Paxil, Pexeva), and fluoxetine (Prozac, Selfemra) are SSRIs (Lexapro). Norepinephrine and serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs).
